Privacy Policy

When you enable optional analytics, Meta App Events receives limited app activation, registration and subscription conversion events, together with technical data processed by its SDK, to measure advertising performance. We do not send Rox messages, health answers or workout contents to Meta. Advertising identifier collection is disabled. You can disable this measurement in Settings > Privacy & data. Meta may process these data outside your country under its privacy policy.

We may process an anonymous account identifier and, if you choose to link an account, your email address. We also process onboarding answers (goals, experience, training preferences and safety responses), workouts, progress, your messages to Rox and its answers, and technical data needed to provide the service. Generated chats and explanations are stored against your account, included in your export, and deleted with it.

Payments are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. PreRox does not receive your full card details. RevenueCat manages receipts, purchase status, and access entitlements; Superwall helps present and measure subscription screens. We may receive purchase, product, store, country, renewal-status, and transaction-date identifiers.

We use data to build plans, answer your questions with Rox, sync progress, authenticate accounts, unlock Pro features, restore purchases, provide support, prevent abuse, measure conversion, and improve reliability. Optional analytics uses navigation and product-action events; it does not include safety or health answers, Rox messages or answers, other free text, or the contents of individual workouts. Processing relies, as applicable, on performing the requested service, our legitimate interest in protecting and improving PreRox, legal obligations, and consent where required.

We may share only necessary data with Supabase (authentication, database, and functions), OpenAI (Rox answer generation with provider storage disabled), RevenueCat, Superwall, PostHog EU Cloud, Apple, and Google. PostHog receives product events and technical data such as app version, device, and approximate country or region; it does not receive Rox text, and session replay or screen recording is disabled. These providers may process data outside your country under applicable contractual or legal safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We retain data while an account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes, and prevent fraud. We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, although no system is completely infallible.

You can disable optional analytics in Settings > Privacy & data. You may also request access, correction, portability, restriction, objection, or deletion, and withdraw consent where applicable. You may complain to your data-protection authority. To delete an account or exercise rights, use the app's privacy center, follow the steps to delete your account, or email info@prerox.app from the linked address.

PreRox provides general fitness guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment. Safety answers are used to tailor recommendations and warnings. The service is not directed to children under 16 without valid authorization from a legal guardian.

The website has no user accounts. It always sets two functional cookies, neither of them for tracking:NEXT_LOCALE(remembers whether you chose Spanish or English) andprerox_consent(remembers your cookie choice). Links to the App Store and Google Play take you to their sites, which apply their own policies.

If you leave your email to get notified, we store that address, the page you signed up from, and the date — nothing else. It's used only to tell you when PreRox is available on your platform, never shared with third parties or used for advertising. Ask us to delete it anytime at info@prerox.app.

We use PostHog, hosted in the EU, to count visits, see which pages people read, and see roughly which country visits come from. It only runs if you accept the cookie banner — declining or ignoring it means nothing loads and nothing is collected. Once accepted, it sets a cookie to recognise you across pages during a visit and records the page you viewed, the site that referred you, and coarse details your browser sends anyway — approximate country and city (derived from IP address, which is not stored), device type, browser. No names, no email addresses, no precise location, and no session recordings. You can change your choice anytime from "Cookie preferences" in the footer.

We may update this policy as the service or law changes. We will publish the current version on this page and update its effective date.
