Delete your account
Effective 7 October 2026
You can leave, and take your data with you or delete it.
1. From the app
Open PreRox, go to Settings, and tap "Delete account" at the bottom of the screen. You will see two clear confirmations and, if your account uses a password, you will need to enter it. Once you confirm "Delete now," the account and its data are deleted immediately and permanently.
2. Without the app installed
Email info@prerox.app from the address linked to your account with the subject "Eliminar cuenta / Delete account". We will verify that the request comes from that address before deleting it. Never send payment details or passwords by email: we do not need them to verify you.
3. Timing
Deletion confirmed inside the app is immediate. There is no grace period and no recovery option. Requests sent by email require account ownership to be verified first.
4. What is deleted
Your account and everything attached to it is deleted: profile, onboarding and safety answers, plans and weeks, sessions, logged sets, progress, followed races, consents, the AI-layer explanations written about your training, and any pending export requests.
5. What is retained and why
Only minimal records required for legal, anti-fraud, or security obligations may be retained. Apple and Google keep their own transaction records under their policies; PreRox cannot delete them. Deleting the account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it first in the store settings if you do not want it to renew.
6. Export before deleting
If you want to keep your data, request the export in Settings > Manage privacy before deleting the account. The file is generated as portable JSON and stays available for 24 hours.
